Every single student we teach has something in his or her life that’s really engaging – something that they do, that they are good at, something that has an engaging, creative component to it. Some may download songs, some may rap, lipsync or sing karaoke, some may play video games, some may mix songs, some may make movies, and some may do the extreme sports that are possible with 21st century equipment and materials. But they all do something engaging.

This is Us, the failures, the one down below, the ones who care about life, the ones who DO NOT want to do what they are told, the ones who want to make mistakes, fall down, learn, fail all life, DIE. experience, NOT win. to WIN is to DO what i am NOT to do. Educators have FAILED us, they have stuck to the LEARN>APPLY>WIN and all the time FOLLOW FOLLOW.

I want to LIVE life, Engage in life, get tangled up, all messed up, not come out in the best possible shape, but to end falling, beaten with the satisfing pain in the ribs, a few teeth knocked off.

I want to DO and move on, not get into the endless cycle of practice>GET BETTER>DO BETTER. FCK IT, why do something again, I EXPERIENCE, i move on, who cares about the TASK ON HAND.
